BTW,I would like to know about definition of words in Arabic. In the third line,the boy says'هذه القصّْة'.And in English when a noun is with det.,pro.,no need to use 'the',right? In Arabic,is a word should be defined no matter what pron. comes?

Also,if there is a lesson about getting into a car,saying someone to put on a seatbelt and so forth,it would be very useful I suppose. :)

Kurumi, nice suggestion about a (seat-belt) lesson. As for the definiteness and indefiniteness, just go to the (Lessons) page and search for the word (Indefiniteness), there is a dedicated lesson about that topic.

In the phrase كان يا مكان، في قديم الزمان... there is a يا before makaan and I wonder why we are saying "Ya makaan." Is it literally "Oh place"?

Some prefer to write كان يا ما كان instead of كان يا مكان

يا ما means How much! How many! How often! How many times!

Hence, كان يا ما كان can be roughly translated as – there was, how many were there …

Instead of "uq3ud", could you say "ajlis" like in the Don't stand lesson ?
Also, why does "u7eb" not start with an a, since it's the fist person here ?

Yes gwenmartineau, indeed you can use (ijlis إجلس) wish is an order to sit down. Notice it starts with (ij) not (aj).
The word (u7eb أحب) which is (I love) starts with (u) because the letter (أ) is pronounced with a (9'amma) on it, and this gives the sound (u) as in the beginning of (onset).
