In the first word "Naazel" where, if anywhere, is the particle that stands for "I" (the speaker)?

If the first word "Naazel" should contain an unpronounced short vowel at the front to designate the "I'm," why is it not pronounced? Is that colloquial?

نزل / ينزل (nazala / yanzil) is a form 1 regular verb which has many meanings.

نزل على / بـ / عند = to stay at/in, to live at/in

نازل (naazil) is the ACTIVE PARTICIPLE.

In Arabic, the active participle of a verb can have two meanings – doing, or, one who does.

So, نازل على = living / staying, or, resident.

Active participle does NOT need prefixing with a subject marker.
If feminine singular, use نازلة على
If plural, use نازلين على / نازلات على

In the UK, people say up and down, corresponding to north & south but also for going to & from London. A similar meaning for going up to (the Universities of) Cambridge & Oxford, although antiquated, is still used in that context. Does من فترة imply a shorter period of time than من زمان ?
